Jessica Nguyen has been a trusted realtor for more than a decade, relying on her extensive knowledge of the San Diego region, where she has spent most of her life.     The UCSD alumni is a first-generation Vietnamese-American. Fleeing Vietnam on a boat with her family and growing up with financial and cultural struggles, Jessica understands the importance of having a strong work ethic. Being a single mother to a special needs child, she knows the challenges that many families face and is passionate about truly helping people. 

    Jessica's goal is to establish lifelong relationships with all of her clients, putting their needs first. She prides herself on telling them the truth, however it may jeopardize a transaction. In fact, she is so responsive that she agrees to pay clients $100 (through escrow credit) for every hour of delay beyond two hours, if she is unable to answer any calls or texts.

Jessica honors veterans, active military and their families and offers 5% of her commission to go towards their moving expenses.
